This project involved designing a 2–3 storey community hub within a cluster-type layout, integrating approximately 900 sqm of indoor space and various outdoor learning and recreational areas. The spatial programme focused on creative, wellness, recreational, commercial, and restorative functions, guided by user analysis and community needs. The proposal emphasized inclusive design, accessibility, passive outdoor use, and provision of essential supporting facilities and services.
