Task :
For this individual assignment, I conducted a walk-through energy audit of my own house to evaluate its existing energy performance. The study included climate and façade analysis, household energy load profiles, electricity and water consumption, U-value calculations, occupant behaviour, and carbon emissions. Based on the findings, I proposed suitable active and passive strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce overall household energy consumption.

This individual reflective report documents my learning journey throughout the Energy and Architecture module. It reflects on the knowledge and experience gained from both assignments, the challenges encountered in understanding technical concepts and managing workload, as well as how the module has changed my understanding of energy-efficient architecture. The reflection also considers how these lessons can be applied to my future architectural studies and professional practice.
